Hi all! It’s Ozzy here. I was feeling a little down this week about all the bad things that are in the news these days. So I went to our website and started reading some of the Happy Tales sent in by people who have adopted animals from the Cleveland APL. Well, in no time, I felt 100 percent better.

These stories are what it’s all about. You should check them out. They are why our staff and volunteers work so hard every day to help homeless animals. We also get photos and posts from adopters on our Facebook page. I am a social animal, so of course I love social media.

And don’t forget about the 2013 Cleveland APL Calendar. Even though the deadline for our pet photo contest is months away, you don’t have to wait until the last minute to enter. This is a great time of year to get some shots of your dog playing in the snow, for example.

If I could, I would enter this picture of Kobe in the contest. That would be so funny! All day long the ladies in the office fuss over him and tell him how handsome he is. Well, ladies, this is what he looks like when you’re not around.
